The NewLearn.in name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our prior written permission.
Content clearly attributed to third parties (such as AI tool names, external source code libraries, or referenced books) remains the property of their respective owners. NewLearn.in does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
If you wish to reproduce or republish any original content from NewLearn.in beyond normal personal use, please contact us first at newlearn0105@gmail.com.
Source Code & Downloads
NewLearn.in offers free source code projects — HTML, CSS, JavaScript files, templates, and other downloadable resources. The following terms apply to all code and downloadable content:
- Source code is provided "as is" for educational and personal use. You may use, modify, and build upon it for your own projects.
- You may use source code in commercial projects you build, provided you do not resell the original unmodified code as a product.
- You may not package and resell original NewLearn.in source code as a premium product, template marketplace item, or paid download without written permission.
- Some source code projects may incorporate open-source libraries (e.g. from npm, GitHub). Those libraries remain subject to their own respective licences (MIT, Apache, etc.), which you are responsible for following.
- We do not guarantee that any source code is free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or suitable for production use. Always review and test code before deploying it.
All source code is provided for learning and building. If you create something great with it, we'd love to hear about it — you can even submit it back to be featured.
User-Submitted Content
Users may submit content to NewLearn.in — such as AI prompts, source code, guides, or feedback — for potential featuring on the site. By submitting content, you:
- Confirm that you own the content or have the right to submit it.
- Grant NewLearn.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, display, and distribute the content on the site, with credit to you.
- Understand that we may edit, reformat, or decline to publish submitted content at our discretion.
- Confirm that your submission does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
We do not pay for submitted content. Contributions are voluntary and credited publicly. You may request removal of your submitted content at any time by contacting us.
Third-Party Content & Links
NewLearn.in references, links to, and discusses third-party tools, products, services, and resources — including AI platforms, coding tools, books, and external websites. These references are for educational and informational purposes only.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party product or service unless explicitly stated.
- We have no control over third-party websites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
- Inclusion of a link or reference does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.
- External links open at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external site you visit.
We make every effort to use only original or properly licensed content on this site. If we have inadvertently used content that belongs to you, see Section 12 for our content removal process.
